Rule 25-B2301 - CERTIFICATES - PREREQUISITE FOR OPERATION2301.1No person shall act as a shellfish dealer prior to obtaining a certificate from the Department.
2301.2A person who wants to be a certified as a shellfish dealer shall:
(a) Apply to the Department for certification or recertification pursuant to section 2302;(b) Have and implement a HACCP plan, have a program of sanitation monitoring and record keeping, and conform to all other requirements listed in the most recent edition of the Interstate Shellfish Sanitation Conference Guide for the Control of Molluscan Shellfish;(c) Have a permanent business address at which inspections of facilities, activities, or equipment can be conducted and records are maintained; and(d) Pay the appropriate license fee.D.C.
