Rule 25-B2300 - ADMINISTRATION - DEPARTMENT RECORDKEEPING
2300.1

The Department shall maintain records to demonstrate the effective administration of a District-wide shellfish safety and sanitation program to regulate:

(a) Shellfish processing procedures and facilities;
(b) Product labeling;
(c) Storage, handling and packing;
(d) Shellfish shipment in interstate commerce; and
(e) Shellfish dealers.

These records shall be maintained in a central file and made available to any interested person upon request, consistent with applicable District and federal law.
