Rule 25-B1214 - FOOD-PACKAGING MATERIALS - DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, DURABILITY AND STRENGTH
1214.1

All food-packaging materials that are in direct contact with food shall be designed and constructed of material appropriate for their intended use in accordance with 21 CFR 181.22 - Certain substances employed in the manufacture of food-packaging materials and 9 CFR 317.24 - Packaging Materials. .
