A person aggrieved by an adverse decision of the Commission, issued after a hearing, may seek a review of the decision by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Filing notice of appeal does not act as a stay of the order of the Commission.
Failure to seek judicial review in the manner and within the time as the Court of Appeals by rule may prescribe results in the decision of the Commission becoming final.
