Rule 19-2049 - REOPENING PROCEEDINGS
2049.1

If because of accident, sickness, or other good cause, a person fails to appear for a scheduled hearing, the person may apply within thirty (30) days to reopen the proceedings. If the Commission finds the cause sufficient, the Commission shall promptly fix a time and place for a hearing.

2049.2

The Commission may reopen a proceeding for any other cause it believes is sufficient; provided, that no appeal is pending before or has been decided by a court.
