Rule 19-205 - COMPENSATION205.1Employees shall be compensated in accordance with an Employees' Compensation Plan for all position classifications developed by the President and Chief Executive Officer and approved by the Board of Directors, except as provided in § 206.4.
205.2The Authority may offset against an employee's compensation any debt owed to the Authority which is acknowledged by the employee in an amount not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the employee's disposable pay in any pay period.
