A person applying for certification as an MA-C shall undergo a criminal background check (CBC) prior to issuance of the certification.
After issuance of an initial certification, the applicant shall undergo an additional CBC in accordance with Title 17 DCMR Chapter 85.
The Board shall review the applicant's positive CBC results.
