Subject to § 9501.1, a certification issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on October 31 of each odd- numbered year.
The Director of the Department of Health (DOH) may modify the renewal system pursuant to § 4006.3 of Chapter 40 of this title and may modify the date on which a certification expires.
