Evidence presented at hearings before the Board shall be limited to material evidence relative to the issue arising in the proceeding.
Evidence will be excluded in the discretion of the Board if it is irrelevant, immaterial, or unduly repetitious.
The Board shall determine the materiality, relevance, and probative value of any evidence submitted.
Any person making objections to the admissibility of evidence shall be prepared to state the grounds of the objection(s) relied upon.
