Rule 10-B2701 - APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS
2701.1

No land or ground in the District of Columbia shall be subdivided for purpose of creating a lot of record, except in conformity with this chapter.

2701.2

Where a lot of record is subdivided for the purpose of creating another lot of record, it shall be effected in a manner as not to violate the provisions of this chapter or any other District of Columbia regulations.

2701.3

No part of a lot of record shall be sold or transferred unless, prior thereto, the lot shall be subdivided in conformity with the provisions of this chapter nor shall any subdivision containing any part of the lot be admitted to record unless the requirements of this paragraph have been complied with.

2701.4

No subdivision shall be admitted to record which contains any part of any unrecorded lot unless the remainder of the lot conforms with all applicable regulations.
