Where hardship is established to the satisfaction of the Relocation Office, relocation payments may be paid to eligible claimants in advance of the move.
Hardship payments shall be limited to the amount necessary to alleviate the hardship related to the relocation of the claimant, and shall not exceed the total amount to which the claimant may be entitled.
