Any person claiming relocation payments in accordance with this chapter shall permit inspection by the Relocation Office at reasonable times of all personal property which he or she intends to move and the premises to which that personal property is to be moved. Any person refusing to comply with the requirements of this subsection shall be ineligible to receive relocation payments.
The Relocation Office shall obtain the services of appraisers, estimators, or engineers when necessary in connection with the determination of reasonable and necessary moving expenses, direct loss of property, and replacement housing payments.
