Conn. Agencies Regs. § 46a-54-98a

If any provision of section 46a-54-1 a to section 46a-54-98 a, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies regulations should be found to be unconstitutional or otherwise legally unenforceable, all other provisions of section 46a-54-1 a to section 46a-54-98 a, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies shall remain in full force and effect.
