Section 46a-54-97a - Construction of rules and regulations

Nothing in section 46a-54-1 a to section 46a-54-98 a, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies shall be construed to limit the powers of the commission as set forth in the Connecticut General Statutes.
