Section 1 CCR 301-25-15.0 - Cooling System

15.1 A permanent ethylene-glycol base or environmentally safe equivalent anti-freeze shall be provided to protect the cooling system to -30 degrees Fahrenheit when tested at normal engine temperature.

15.2 The cooling system shall be equipped with a visual fluid level indicator.
