Section 1 CCR 301-104-3.0 - AWARD PROCESS3.1 Each education provider that seeks a grant under these rules must submit an application to the department of education in accordance with these rules.3.2 The department of education shall review the applications received and recommend recipients and grant amounts to the state board. The state board shall annually award grants after considering the department's recommendations.3.3 In recommending awards to the state board, the department may consider geographic distribution, scope of problem, and results of annual program review as described in section 5 of these rules in addition to the application information required as a part of section 4.3 of these rules. 3.3.1 The department will outline specific priorities, duration of grants, and scoring criteria as part of the request for proposal process.42 CR 08, April 10, 2019, effective 5/18/201945 CR 23, December 10, 2022, effective 12/30/2022
