Section 1 CCR 301-104-2.0 - IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL STABILITY GRANT PROGRAM2.1 The department of education shall create and administer the educational stability grant program to provide grant money to education providers to use in providing academic and social-emotional services and supports to highly mobile students.2.2 Subject to available appropriations, commencing with the 2019-20 fiscal year, the Colorado State Board of Education shall award educational stability grants to eligible applicants, which include preschool, elementary, and secondary education providers from money appropriated from the educational stability grant program fund.42 CR 08, April 10, 2019, effective 5/18/201945 CR 23, December 10, 2022, effective 12/30/2022
