Section 12 CCR 2510-1-10.314 - FISCAL AND PERFORMANCE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS [Rev. eff. 12/1/10]A. At the end of each reporting period, performance and fiscal reports shall be submitted to the SUA in a format and time period specified by the SUA.B. Area Agencies on Aging failing to meet SUA requirements to provide accurate and timely reports may be subject to further corrective action, including: 1. Suspension of reimbursement payments; and,2.
