Part 4 - [Effective 10/15/2024] GENERAL BUILDING AND FIRE SAFETY PROVISIONS

Any construction or renovation of a licensed hospital unit initiated on or after July 1, 2020, shall conform to 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 2, Part 3, unless otherwise specified in this current Chapter.
