Section 6 CCR 1009-2-VIII - Notification of noncomplianceA. Section 25-4-907, C.R.S. requires that if a student is suspended or expelled from school for failure to comply with the immunization law, the school official shall notify the Department, or county, district, or municipal public health agency who shall then contact the parent(s) or emancipated student in an effort to secure compliance so that the student may be re-enrolled in school.B.
