Section 117.301 - Records subject to the requirements of this subpart(a) Except as provided by paragraphs (b) and (c) of this section, all records required by this part are subject to all requirements of this subpart.(b) The requirements of § 117.310 apply only to the written food safety plan.(c) The requirements of § 117.305(b), (d), (e), and (f) do not apply to the records required by § 117.201 .
