Section 450.153 - Radio frequency management(a)General. For any radio frequency used, an operator must- (1) Ensure radio frequency interference does not adversely affect performance of any flight safety system or safety-critical system; and(2) Coordinate use of radio frequencies with any site operator and any local and Federal authorities.(b)Application requirements. An applicant must submit procedures or other means to demonstrate compliance with the radio frequency requirements of this section.
