Section 5009 - Floor-Operated Cranes(a) Floor-operated cranes shall be operated only by the following: (1) Designated operators;(2) Maintenance and test personnel when it is necessary in the performance of their work;(3) Inspectors in the performance of their duties.(b) Personnel shall be required by the employer to pass a practical operating examination.
