Section 12030 - Purpose

These regulations are intended to facilitate effective parental involvement in the State's Migrant Education Program (MEP) and to ensure efficiency and transparency in the provision of advice by the State Parent Advisory Council (SPAC) to the State Superintendent of Public Instruction (SSPI).
