Section 4495.6 - Verification and Enforcement(a) When the gross weight or tare weight of a vehicle and connected combination is recorded on a weighmaster certificate, verification of that weight shall be made by reweighing the combination using the same multiple draft weighing operation authorized by the Department. At no time shall the reweigh weight differ from the recorded weight by more than twice the scale tolerance for that weighment.(b) If a multiple draft weighing operation is found to produce weights that are beyond the established tolerance, the Department shall issue an order stating that the multiple draft weighing operation shall not be used until it is reestablished and reauthorized by the Department.(c) Only the approved procedure shall be used when using a multiple draft weighing operation.Cal.
