Section 421 - Pasteurized Process Cheese Food(a) Pasteurized process cheese food shall have a moisture content of not more than 44 percent and a milk fat content of not less than 23 percent.(b) Pasteurized process cheese food with fruit, vegetables, or meat shall have a milk fat content of not less than 22 percent and not more than 44 percent of moisture.Cal.
