Section 3949.14 - Establishment of Salinity Objectives in Reach 83 of the Lower San Joaquin River

Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board Resolution R5-2017-0062, adopted 9 January 2018, amends the Water Quality Control Plan for the Sacramento and San Joaquin River Basins to establish electrical conductivity water quality objectives in the Lower San Joaquin River upstream of the Airport Way Bridge near Vernalis to its confluence with the Merced River.

1. New section summarizing amendments to basin plan filed 4-19-2018; amendments approved by State Water Resources Control Board Resolution No. 2018-0002 on 1-9-2018; amendments approved by OAL pursuant to Government Code section 11353 on 4-19-2018 (Register 2018, No. 16).
2. Nonsubstantive amendments to the Basin Plan to reformat Table IV-4.1, update footnote renumbering, and reformat section and paragraph numbering filed 5-24-2018; amendments adopted 10-20-2017 by Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board Resolution No. R5-2017-0106; approved 2-6-2018 by State Water Resources Control Board Resolution No. 2018-0005; approved by OAL pursuant to Government Code section 11353 on 5-24-2018 (Register 2018, No. 21).
