Section 3949.13 - Removal of Municipal and Domestic Supply (MUN) and Agricultural Supply (Agr) Beneficial Uses from Groundwater in a Designated Horizontal and Vertical Portion of the Tulare Lake Bed

Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board Resolution R5-2017-0032, adopted 6 April 2017, amends the Water Quality Control Plan for the Tulare Lake Basin to remove the MUN and AGR beneficial use designations from groundwater within a delineated horizontal and vertical portion of the historical Tulare Lake Bed based on existing poor groundwater quality (high salinity).
