Section 84265.7 - Sleep Supervision(a) Sections 84065.6(a) through (c) do not apply.(b) Licensees shall maintain a staffing level of one houseparent for each group of no more than three children.(c) In the family-like setting, the on-duty houseparent may sleep when the children are asleep.Cal.
