Section 84265.5 - Staff/Child Ratios(a) Section 84065.5 does not apply.(b) Licensees shall maintain a staffing level of one houseparent for each group of no more than three children.(c) In the family-like setting, the on-duty houseparent may sleep when the children are asleep.Cal.
