Section 84142 - Revocation or Suspension of License(a) In addition to Section 80042, the following shall apply.(b) The Department shall suspend or revoke the license of a community treatment facility upon written notification from the Department of Mental Health that the facility's certification has been revoked or suspended. (1) A single proceeding to hear a revocation or a temporary suspension action will be held jointly with the Department of Mental Health and conducted by the Department.Cal. Code Regs.
