Section 77105 - Clinical Research

Prior to implementing any research projects involving human subjects that were not approved with the initial program plan, a supplemental patient care program plan shall be submitted to the Department of Health Care Services for approval or denial. All research projects involving human subjects shall meet the requirements of all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
