Section 95611 - Enforcement(a) Submission of inaccurate information to the Executive Officer or an agent or representative of the Air Resources Board, will constitute a separate violation of the requirements of this article for each day after the information has been received by the Executive Officer.(b) Failure to submit any report or to include in a report all information required by this article, or late submittal of the report, will constitute a separate violation of this article for each day that the report has not been submitted beyond the required submittal date, as specified in section 95605.
