Section 95610 - Confidentiality(a) Emissions data submitted to the ARB under this article is public information and would not be designated as confidential.(b) Any entity submitting information to the ARB pursuant to this article may designate information that is not emissions data as confidential because they believe it to be a trade secret or otherwise exempt from public disclosure under the California Public Records Act (Government Code section 6250 et seq.).
