Explanation:
The 2012 turkey season proposals were presented for consideration to the Regulations
Committee on September 21, 2011. The proposals were approved during the November 17, 2011 Commission meeting, however the date of the non-permit Sylamore WMA firearms turkey hunt was incorrectly listed as April 14-29, 2012. This date conflicts with the permit-based hunt which is scheduled for April 14-16, 2011. The correct date for the non-permit hunt is April 18-29, 2012.
