Before Register 122, July 1992, the substance of 5 AAC 70.025 appeared in 5 AAC 70.020. As of Register 122, the regulations attorney relocated the provision to a more appropriate location as separate section 5 AAC 70.025. The history of the provision in its former location is not reflected in the history note for 5 AAC 70.025.
