In Register 209, April 2014, the provisions of 5 AAC 70.024 were repealed because the substance of the harvest record provisions for king salmon appears in 5 AAC 75.006 and for shellfish appears in 5 AAC 75.016, which apply on a statewide basis, and the annual limit provisions for king salmon in the Unalakleet River drainage and the requirement for a shellfish harvest recording form appear in 5 AAC 70.011.

Before Register 133, April 1995, when this chapter was reformatted, the substance of 5 AAC 70.024 appeared in 5 AAC 70.025. Before Register 122, July 1992, the substance of 5 AAC 70.025 appeared in 5 AAC 70.020. As of Register 122, the regulations attorney relocated the provision to a more appropriate location as a separate section, 5 AAC 70.025. The history of the provision in its former location is not reflected in the history note for 5 AAC 70.025.
