Section 3 AAC 23.720 - Fiduciary money exempt from attachment
(a) Unless required by a court order, a licensee may not authorize a financial institution to withhold issue of money from a fiduciary account.
(b) Unless required by a court order, a licensee may not authorize a financial institution to seize fiduciary money from an account.
(c) Failure to comply with (a) or (b) of this section is a violation of AS 21.27.360.
