Section 3 AAC 23.710 - Responsible persons in firm
(a) The individual designated as compliance officer of a firm under AS 21.27.020(c)(3) is the person responsible for the firm's
(1) compliance with the insurance statutes and regulations of this state;
(2) maintenance of adequate records; and
(3) proper handling of all money received by the firm in a fiduciary capacity.
