Section 20 AAC 25.505 - Scope of regulations(a) This chapter generally consists of statewide regulations which apply to all wells, pools, fields, and oil and gas properties, unless the commission, in its discretion, issues an order in conformance with 20 AAC 25.540.(b) An order issued in conformance with 20 AAC 25.540 prevails over this chapter except for those regulations which govern underground injection and the protection of freshwater.Eff. 4/13/80, Register 74; am 4/2/86, Register 97Authority:AS 31.05.030
