A silvicultural point source is a point source subject to the APDES permit program. A permit issued to a silvicultural point source must include as conditions of compliance the applicable requirements set out in 40 C.F.R. Part 429, Subpart I and 40 C.F.R. Part 436, Subpart B, as adopted by reference in 18 AAC 83.010.
