Section 18 AAC 78.385 - Definition for 18 AAC 78.355 - 18 AAC 78.385

In 18 AAC 78.355-18 AAC 78.385, "training program" means a program that provides information to and evaluates the knowledge of a Class A, Class B, or Class C operator through

(1) testing;

(2) practical demonstration; or

(3) another approach acceptable to the department regarding requirements for USTs that meets the requirements of 18 AAC 78.355 - 18 AAC 78.385.
