Section 18 AAC 60.250 - Existing permits and permit renewal(a) In addition to the requirements of this section, permit renewal under this chapter is also subject to the permit renewal requirements of 18 AAC 15 and the fee requirements of 18 AAC 60.700.(b) If an applicant for permit renewal must undertake a construction project or needs additional time to install monitoring or other equipment, the department will negotiate a compliance schedule as part of the renewal.(c) An application for permit renewal must be submitted at least 30 days before the permit expires.Eff. 1/28/96, Register 137; am 6/28/96, Register 138; am 9/7/2002, Register 163Authority:AS 44.46.020
