Section 930-X-1-.19 - Matters Involving Related Pending Civil Or Criminal Litigation

Disciplinary proceedings shall not be deferred or abated because of substantial similarity to the material allegations of pending criminal or civil litigation, unless authorized by the Board, in its discretion, for good cause shown.
