Section 930-X-1-.18 - Refusal of Complainant to Proceed, Compromise, Etc

Neither unwillingness nor neglect of a complainant to sign a complaint or to prosecute a charge, nor settlement, nor compromise, nor restitution by or between the complainant and the licensee or any other individual, who falls under the jurisdiction of this practice act, shall necessarily abate disciplinary action.
