Section 550-X-2-.03 - Awarding Of Merit Scholarships

(a) Merit Scholarships shall be awarded primarily on the basis of the student's scholastic achievement, medical aptitude, and character. All information available, which reflects upon such qualifications, shall be considered by the Board.

(b) At the selection meeting, each Board member shall rate each candidate from one to ten, with one indicating the lowest priority and ten equaling the highest priority. Candidates will be selected based upon the highest average scores of such priority ratings.
