Section 485-X-1-.19 - Confidentiality Of Certain Board Records
(1) Except as otherwise provided by the law, the Board records, which relate to the following are confidential:
(a) An employee of the Board;
(b) An examination given by the Board or caused to be given by the Board;
(d) Complaints and charges filed with the Board and the material compiled as a result of its investigation of the charges and complaints;
(e) Social Security number, unless otherwise required by law; and
(e) Home address of Registrants
(2) The records described above may be disclosed pursuant to procedures established by the Board, to a court or an agency of the federal government, and state, any other agency of the state or any other related professional board or organization.
(3) Upon completion of an investigation by the Board, any records of the Board listed above are public records only if:
(a) Disciplinary action is imposed by the Board as a result of an investigation or record made at a disciplinary hearing and any evidence offered at such disciplinary hearing; or
(b) The individual regarding whom the investigation was made submits a written request to the Board requesting that the records be made public records.
