Section 485-X-1-.18 - Designation Of Deputy Attorney General Designee

The Deputy Attorney General designee shall be the legal advisor to the Board and shall perform such other duties as may be requested from time to time by the Chairman of the Board or by the Board. Nothing in this section shall be construed so as to prevent the Board from employing legal counsel.
