Section 380-X-6-.07 - Offering of Standing Timber For Sale By Owner

It is the opinion of the Board, under Section 34-12-1 of the Code of Ala. 1975, that an offering of standing timber for sale on behalf of the owner of such standing timber involves the application of forestry principles and data.
