Section 380-X-6-.06 - Notarized Statement Of Supervision

It is the policy of the Board, under Section 34-12-2(b)(3) of the Code of Ala. 1975, that the subordinate of a registered forester must be prepared to demonstrate that they are under the "direction, supervision, and responsibility of a registered forester" by submitting a notarized statement from the registered forester that describes that relationship and the time period it is in effect.
